Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this parking management system (the "Service"), operated by LEX Liverpool Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
What the Service is
The Service lets authorised staff manage vehicle arrivals, parking space allocation, bookings and related site plans, and lets members of the public submit a booking through a link shared for a specific event.
Accounts
If you're issued a login, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or remove accounts that are misused or no longer needed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without their consent
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Service you're not authorised for
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its security controls
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Accuracy of information
Vehicle, booking, and company information is only as accurate as what's entered — you're responsible for the accuracy of information you or your organisation submit, including through the public booking form.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but it's provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
